Dog walking adventures in the beautiful nature surrounding Chase, BC
At the Happy Pack we believe dogs deserve more than just a walk around the block, they deserve adventure, connection, and joy. Our off-leash trail walks are little wilderness quests, designed to feed your dog's body, mind, and spirit.
We value integrity, reliability, and connection. We show up rain or shine with a deep commitment to your dog's joy, freedom, and safety. We tailor our adventures to meet each dog where they're at - whether they're a confident off-leasher or a gentle soul who needs a little extra space.
We walk mindfully, on quiet forest trails and hidden nature paths where your pup can run, sniff, splash, and just be a dog. Because we're not just dog walkers - we're dog people. And every member of our pack is family.
Pack Leader/Veterinary Technician
Hi! I'm Jenny - pack leader, vet tech, treat dispenser, and muddy boot enthusiast. With 13 years in the vet world and over 5 years running The Happy Pack, I've built a life around dogs, dirt trails, and the kind of joy only a wagging tail can bring. I wear dog hair like a badge of honor - and I'm usually decorated in paw prints, too.
I started The Happy Pack because I've always been passionate about dogs (and all animals!) and making their lives better. I believe every dog deserves a daily adventure and the chance to just be a dog - running free with their pack in the wild. It's not just great for their physical health; it does wonders for their confidence, happiness, and psychological well-being.
Our walks take place among forest paths and rolling hills. We love fresh air, sunbeams, and the healing power of a good zoomie!
After a 1000+ hikes, I still look forward to every single one!
Dog Whisperer/Trail Guide
Hi, I'm Scott - full-time dog lover, nature nerd, and stick tosser extraordinaire!
I've been walking with The Happy Pack for a year and a half now, and it's truly one of the best parts of my week. I also run a yard service business here in Chase, but nothing quite compares to hitting the trails with a bunch of happy, awesome dogs!
I grew up in Prince George, so being out in nature - among trees and muddy trails - has always felt like home to me. I try to bring calm, grounded, and also playful energy into every walk - whether I'm helping a nervous pup feel more confident in the pack or just tossing sticks for the eager retrievers!
I really believe in finding the right balance between fun, connection, and gentle guidance. Each dog has their own personality and pace, and it's a privilege to get to know them all. I feel lucky to be part of a team that truly cares about the well-being and joy of every dog we walk.
Our signature service! Side by side with their best furry pals, dogs romp through forest trails, splash through puddles, and zoom across grassy hills. On hot days, we like taking a dip in a river or lake.
Each outing is a chance to reduce boredom, build confidence, and strengthen the pack bond - followed by a nap that just hits different.
Every Monday, we take our silver-tipped sweethearts on peaceful walks through flat, scenic trails.
We take our time, sniff everything, bask in the sunshine, rest in the shade, and enjoy the simple joys together. Sometimes we wade in the water if the mood strikes.
It's all about enriching their golden years with movement, nature, and connection.
Our solo walks are peaceful one-on-one adventures tailored to your pup's pace and personality. Whether they prefer slow sniffs or steady strides, we offer calm companionship, exercise, and enrichment on every outing.
Sometimes, dogs just need some one-on-one time to build confidence or focus. After some solo adventures, some dogs shine in the pack - but this experience gives them the space they need to thrive at their own pace.
Have questions about our services? Want to book a walk? Or just want to say hello? Fill out the form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
At The Happy Pack, we walk on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Secwepemc people. As a nature-based business, we recognize our responsibility to honour this land and its first caretakers with respect, awareness, and ongoing learning.
